Do you offer local pickup in Miami?

Even better—we offer Free Local Delivery for our Miami neighbors! If your zip code is within our local radius, the option will appear at checkout. We’ll bring your order directly to you.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is Free on all orders over $25 within the U.S. For orders under $25, a flat-rate shipping fee is calculated at checkout.

How long will it take to get my order?

Because we operate on a small-batch and "Drop" model to minimize waste, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number immediately.

The Lab: Custom Orders & B2B

Can I hire you for a custom screen printing, DTF apparel, or prototyping project?

Absolutely. The "Bazurto Lab" is open for commissions. Whether you need a one-off prototype, branded merch for your event, or shirts for your staff, we specialize in small-batch manufacturing.

Returns & Quality

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original condition. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. Custom-commissioned prints or personalized apparel are final sale.
